The Ragtime Relics perform vintage American “roots” music, spanning several genres and generations. Our repertoire includes pieces from ragtime, pre-war blues, gospel, early jazz, swing, country, bluegrass, folk, and early rock & roll. We perform some of America’s most iconic songs from the early and mid-20th Century.

Our group features founder Karl Dentino on fingerstyle guitar, harmonica, and vocals; Jennifer Jang on upright bass and vocals; and Brian Yank on guitar, banjo, and vocals. 

We can be hired as a duo, trio, or even quartet - when we are joined by other outstanding musicians. We can be seen performing at wineries, breweries, coffee houses, restaurants, farmer’s markets, ice cream parlors, music festivals, and other venues throughout Central New Jersey and surrounding areas.
